Studio&us services Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between studio&us and its clients to ensure the highest quality of service and to clearly outline the rights and obligations of both parties.
1. Booking and Payment
- Bookings are only confirmed upon payment of the agreed-upon deposit. The total service fee must be settled prior to the commencement of the project or as per the schedule agreed upon in the contract. In the event of a cancellation by the client less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the paid amount is non-refundable. However, the client is entitled to credit the amount toward any other studio&us service within 60 days from the cancellation date.
- 2. Punctuality and Scheduling
- Clients are expected to arrive at the scheduled time. In case of a delay, the late duration will be deducted from the scheduled session. If the delay exceeds the permitted grace period (30 minutes), the studio reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the full fee.
- 3. Intellectual Property Rights
- The
studio retains all intellectual property rights to raw materials and
creative assets produced, unless a written agreement is made to transfer
ownership to the client. The studio grants the client a non-exclusive
license to use the final deliverables solely for the agreed-upon
purposes.
- 4. Promotional Use
- The
studio reserves the right to use "behind-the-scenes" footage or
excerpts from the final work for its own marketing purposes across
social media and its website, unless the client explicitly requests
otherwise in writing prior to the session.
- 5. Content Responsibility
- The client bears full legal responsibility for all content recorded or filmed. The client guarantees that the content does not infringe upon third-party copyrights and does not contain any defamatory, illegal, or offensive material.
- 6. Revisions and Edits (Limited to 2)
- The package includes two (2) complimentary revisions on the produced materials, as outlined in the quote. Any additional revisions beyond this limit will be subject to extra fees, to be agreed upon based on the scope of work.
- 7. Data Archiving
- The studio retains raw materials for a maximum of 30 days from the date of final delivery. After this period, files will be permanently deleted, and the studio disclaims any responsibility for any loss of data thereafter.
- 8. Equipment and Property
- The
client bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the
studio's equipment or furniture resulting from misuse or negligence by
the client or their guests during the booking period.
- 9. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Studio
- In
the event of an emergency (technical failure or force majeure) that
prevents the studio from providing the service, the studio will
coordinate with the client to reschedule the appointment without any
further liability.
- 10. Confidentiality
- The studio is committed to maintaining the non-disclosure of any sensitive information or private content disclosed during sessions. No materials will be shared with third parties without the client’s prior written consent.
